This page has one job: to get you to me by the shortest route there is. Below you will find a guided brief, four questions that write the message for you. It is not a form that collects data: there is no server behind it, no database, no list you end up on without noticing. Your answers stay in your browser and turn into a piece of text that leaves from your own WhatsApp or your own email, and only if you are the one who presses send.
01 · Guided brief
There is no switchboard and no sales rep in the middle: I read your message and I answer it. If the project as you describe it does not hold up, you hear that straight away, before you have put money into it.
Pisa, Italy. I cover Pisa and its province and, in Calabria, the Piana di Gioia Tauro, the Costa Viola and Reggio Calabria. Remotely across Italy and abroad, on site when it matters.
After the first message
No sales funnel, no drip of automated emails. Four steps, in order, and at every one of them you know exactly where you stand and what you are deciding.

Your message lands on my phone or in my inbox, not in a pipeline someone else is minding. The first reply comes within 24 hours, even if it is only to say that I have understood and when I will get back to you properly.

We talk and you tell me the problem, not the solution you already have in mind. The point is to work out what you actually need: sometimes it is less than you expected, sometimes it is something nobody has named for you yet.

You get a document with what I will do, what I will not do, what it costs and how long it takes. In writing before anything starts, so you can read it calmly and compare it with anyone else.

No commitment until you approve it. If the proposal does not convince you, that is where it ends, with no chasing calls: you still keep, in writing, a clear picture of what you have today.
There is no hurry to write. You can look at what I build, from websites and online stores to mobile apps and booking platforms, or go through the work already in production to see how it is put together and what kind of job you would be signing up for. Then come back here with a clearer head and the brief takes two minutes.
Territories
Two areas I genuinely know, and the rest of Italy remotely. The difference is not in the quality of the work: it is in how often we can sit at the same table without it becoming an expedition.
This is my base, and here meeting takes no planning at all. A visit to your premises, a meeting in front of the same screen, half an hour with the people who will use the back office every day: that is what separates software that gets adopted from software that gets endured.
The second area I cover, down to Reggio Calabria. I do not follow it from a distance: the Sunset Beach Club in Palmi and the Ci vediamo in Calabria portal were born here, and I know the conditions local businesses actually work in.
Calls, regular demos and online delivery. The method does not change by a single step, only the fact that we meet through a screen. And when there is a real reason to be there in person, I travel.
Around Pisa and along the Calabrian coast I am used to being on site: seeing the place, the season, the queue at the counter tells me things no brief ever will. If you are somewhere else nothing substantial changes: distance is handled with method and a calendar, ambiguity is not.
Last step
It does not have to be polished and it does not have to be long. Three lines on what you do and what you want to get out of it are enough: putting the rest in order is what we do together. And if you decide to drop it, you have spent five minutes and gained an opinion.
